Import from China to India door to door

China is the world's workshop, and importing directly can cut costs for your business or get you products unavailable in India. Here is how door-to-door import works with us.

Step 1 — Check the product rules

Many products need approvals for commercial import into India — for example BIS registration for many electronics and toys, or other certifications. Some items are banned (e-cigarettes) or restricted (drones, used electronics). Send us the product link first.

Step 2 — Find and confirm your supplier

• Shortlist suppliers on marketplaces such as Alibaba or 1688, or use your existing factory contact.
• Ask for a pro-forma invoice with product description, HS code, quantity, unit price and carton size.
• Order a sample first for new suppliers.

Step 3 — Pickup and consolidation in China

Your supplier delivers to our consolidation point (or we collect). Multiple suppliers can be combined into one shipment to save cost. We photograph and check the cartons.

Step 4 — Documents for Indian customs

• Personal import: receiver's KYC (Aadhaar, PAN or passport).
• Commercial import: IEC, GSTIN, commercial invoice, packing list and any product approvals.

Step 5 — Clearance and delivery

We file the declaration, pay duty and GST as assessed by Indian customs (billed to you with the official receipt), and deliver to your door anywhere in India.
